When Jen came to me, we spent like 3 hours on our consultation call chatting about all things Disney (I mean there was some business too obvy)! Jen was already using Dubsado to send invoices and contracts to clients, but had NO idea about all the possibilities that Dubsado offered. We ended up deciding that Jen would write her own canned emails (using templates I provided) so we could keep her project in budget!

Jen’s unique business, offering bridal attending services for brides, called for an equally unique Dubsado setup. Before I worked with Chloe I was basically doing everything manually (and often forgetting things). I always felt like something was slipping through the cracks - payment processing, sending inquiry response emails, not using the proposal, contract, invoice feature.
