Oh and if we haven’t properly been introduced yet– I’m Chloe, client experience strategist to some of the top wedding creatives in the industry. But I’m multi-faceted! If you missed my post on industry abbreviations, here’s an important abbreviation for you: ROI, which stands for Return on Investment. Typically, businesses measure ROI based on how much money they’ve made after investing in something.
This is a simple formula to measure your ROI: ROI = (money gained – money spent) / money spent x 100. (Woah, did you know we’d be getting so math technical here today? Sorry for the lack of forewarning darling, but read on because it gets less math-y from here!)
But we’re not measuring a dollar ROI (at least, not today), we’re measuring quality of life. This is a little trickier to calculate, as there’s no easy math equation for us, so we’re going to break it into three categories: time and energy, peace of mind, and confidence. After all, these are the three areas my clients consistently report seeing incredible changes in their lives and businesses.
